Facilities in Appeal Process

There are several phases which are part of the permit appeals process.  Public comments are invited on issues raised in a petition for a permit appeal.  There are 5 key phases which are described here: 

Phase 1:    Petition for review filed.
Phase 2:    Petition for review granted or denied
Phase 3:    Public notice of briefing period - petition for review.
Phase 4:    Appeals awaiting final DTSC decision.
Phase 5:    Recent permit appeals decisions.
