| - American Oil Company (owned by American Earth Management), Van Nuys. On October 19, 2007, DTSC approved one petition for review regarding sealing secondary containment walls and denied one petition for review that opposed testing used oil for PCB contamination. This facility is in phase 5 of the permit appeals process, as DTSC made a final permit decision. The permit will be revised to require application of a chemical-resistant coating to both the floor and walls of the secondary containment area in unit 1 and unit 2. The permit is now effective.
