HWMP Restrictions Facility Detail Alumtreat, Inc. 2905 Winona
Facility History Alumtreat Inc. is the former site of an aluminum anodizing facility. The waste water treatment system associated with the facility's operations produced heavy metals containing sludges that were stored in a hazardous waste storage area permitted by DTSC as an on-site interim status facility. The facility closed in 1997 pursuant to the DTSC approved closure plan. Certain heavy metals remain in soils in the area formerly occupied by the aluminum anodizing process tanks.
