Facility History The IT Corporation, Montezuma Hills facility is a former, 84 acre hazardous waste disposal facility that accepted liquids, sludges and solid waste from oil and gasl exploration and production activities from 1979 through 1986. Consolidation of waste and contaminated soils into an on-site landfill and other related closure activities were completed between 1990 and 1991.
