Facility History Moore Printed Circuits operated an electroplating facility at the site between 1974 and 2001. The Department authorized an onsite hazardous waste treatment facility on the Property pursuant to Permit by Rule on November 12, 1997. Because hazardous wastes, including lead, copper, arsenic, and solvents remain in the soil at the Property, the human Health Risk Assessment and Corrective Measures Study provided that a deed restriction would be required as part of the corrective action.
