Notice of Decision Not to Proceed
On August 12, 2011, a Notice of Decision Not to Proceed was published in the California Notice Register 2011, No. 32-Z, page 1303, to withdraw DTSC's proposal to adopt regulations for Safer Consumer Product Alternatives. These proposed regulations were originally public noticed and published on September 17, 2010, in the California Notice Register 2010, No. 38-Z, page 1501.

Green Ribbon Science Panel

On December 23, 2010, Cal/EPA Secretary Linda Adams requested that DTSC reconvene the Green Ribbon Science Panel
to vet issues expressed during the public comment periods.
