DTSC's hazardous waste regulations are located in the official version of the California Code of Regulations (CCR) at Title 22 Social Security, Division 4.5, Environmental Health Standards for the Management of Hazardous Waste. Click on the "List of CCR Titles." Scroll down to Title 22, Social Security and click on that link. Scroll down to Division 4.5 Environmental Health Standards for the Management of Hazardous Waste and click on + which opens up all the Chapters. Click on the + next to any Chapter which opens up all the Articles in that Chapter. Click on + next to Articles which opens up the Sections in that Article.
You can also easily search this web site by words/subjects and specific titles or sections at the above link. The web site is maintained by West under contract with the Office of Administrative Law and is updated weekly.
NOTE: You can easily and quickly convert the language of the section(s) searched into:
A Word document – by selecting the entire section and copying it into a blank Word document.
Or
