The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC)convened the Green Ribbon Science Panel (GRSP) on Wednesday, October 14 in the Sierra Hearing Room of the Joe Serna Jr. Cal/EPA Headquarters Building in downtown Sacramento. Department staff presented an overview of the straw proposal. The GRSP accepted public comments, and provided DTSC its advice, on the straw proposal. DTSC also made a presentation to the GRSP about public/private partnerships for Green Chemistry.
