The Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) will hold a workshop to solicit comments and suggestions for revisions to a Straw Proposal that will establish a process to identify and prioritize chemicals of concern in consumer products, and a process to evaluate safer alternatives. The workshop will be held on Wednesday, October 21, 2009 in the Byron Sher Auditorium of the Joe Serna Jr. Cal/EPA Headquarters Building in downtown Sacramento.
