Benefits of Certification & Technical Training
The Green Station logo is approved for participant’s use in marketing, point of purchase advertising and promotional programs. Green Stations report a host of benefits after certification, including enhanced customer loyalty, easier compliance with environmental regulations, reduced operating costs, improved employee health, safety and morale.
Technical Training & Recertification
Call toll free to receive a self guided “technician friendly” video with training workbook. Videos are under 15 minutes,
contain six training modules and are perfect for showing at your regularly scheduled safety meetings. Technicians will learn pollution
prevention methods, how to reduce operating costs and increase environmental compliance.
Green Stations and VSR Model Shops need to submit annual re-certification audit information to document that they
still meet the minimum requirements as a Green Station or VSR Model Shop. For recertification, complete and submit the
Summarize Your Environmental Benefits form, along with a copy of your most recent CUPA inspection report (your CUPA
will usually be your local Environmental Health agency or local Fire Department) to re-certify your shop.
