You may be eligible for a free lighting retrofit and other energy and water saving incentives.

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power has a program for small businesses that will offer FREE energy efficient lighting equipment to eligible businesses. See the Small Business Direct Install (SBDI) Program web page for more information.

Here are Water Conservation Rebate Programs in your area:

Southern California

Two incentive programs are open to commercial and industrial users within the Metropolitan Water District's service area. The programs are designed to encourage businesses to invest in water-saving devices such as rinse water reduction or recycling equipment.

You may be eligible for financial assistance or rebates for installing water-saving equipment and processes through these programs. Northern California

The Water Efficient Technologies (WET) program offers rebates for water conservation projects at businesses located in Santa Clara County. Eligible projects need prior approval.  Please contact the program before planning, construction and installation.

There are two administrators for the WET program.

     1. If your business discharges wastewater to the San Jose/Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant, contact the city of San Jose Environmental Services Department for application instructions or more information:
