Videos will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
- Tie-in to pollution prevention categories.
- Content of message.
- Creativity and originality.
- Technical accuracy and comprehensiveness (not shortsighted).
- Inspiration. (Does it make the viewer want to get up and do something similar?)
- Practicality. (Does it provide the viewer with answers or realistic tools so that they can take action?)
