SB 1916 Committee and Projects

Advisory Committee

SB 1916 establishes the California Source Reduction Advisory Committee, consisting of 10 members of the public selected by the DTSC, plus the executive directors of the DTSC, ARB, SWRCB and CalRecycle and the chair of the Environmental Policy Council as ex-officio members. The committee is responsible for providing advice to DTSC on pollution prevention program priorities.

2008-2010 Workplan

NEW The Office of Pollution Prevention and Green Technology has prepared its Final Source Reduction Report and Two-year Workplan 2008-2010. The workplan is prepared pursuant to the requirements of Health & Safety Code section 25244.22 and details planned pollution prevention activities over the two-year implementation period.
