DTSC RELEASES NEW DRAFT RESPONSE ACTION ORDER
FOR CLEANUP OF SANTA SUSANA FIELD LAB SITE

DTSC released a new draft order requiring the cleanup of the Santa Susana Field Laboratory site be in strict compliance with California law (SB 990). The new draft order is based on comments received during a recent public comment period for previously released draft orders. DTSC is committed to continuous public involvement and transparency as it works to complete a protective clean up of the contaminated site.
