The Department of Toxic Substances Control will hold a formal public hearing, in compliance with the Administrative Procedures Act (APA), on December 1, 2017 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, or until attendee testimony concludes, whichever occurs first. The hearing will take place at 8800 Cal Center Drive, Sacramento, California 95826 in the main Board Room. Please allow a few minutes before the hearing commences to check in with security, who will direct you to the Administration Office in order to obtain a visitor badge.
